Mr. Mainali’s accolades include the prestigious Best Teacher Award (District Education Office, PABSON and BESS), International School Award (British Council) and Educator Award for his dedication to educational leadership. His career is marked by impactful leadership roles including a decade-long tenure as Vice Principal of Orchid School where he drove academic and institutional excellence. He also served as Vice Principal in Narayani English Public School and Shanti Vidya Mandir, Bharatpur, Chitwan.
